Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday night we took the girls to a Halloween party. We dressed up as the characters from the Wizard of Oz.

Anna was Dorothy,

Esa was the Lion,

Martin was the Scarecrow,

and I was the Tin Man.

Yes, the kids were much cuter than the adults.

Saturday we went to a Bat Mitzvah for one of Martin's clients. The girls sat through the service quietly knowing they would get to make multiple trips to the dessert table at the luncheon following the service.

Saturday afternoon we enjoyed the great weather and played outside. Esa got to sport her birthday present from Dad and JB.

It is a Vote for Esa shirt they got her in New York and if you look closely you will see she is proudly wearing her Obama/Biden pin. Too bad she isn't old enough to vote!

Saturday night we had to go to the Bat Mitzvah party and Mary and Juan took the girls to dinner while we proceeded to act like we hadn't been out of the house in years. We danced and danced and danced some more - we had a great time.

Sunday we took the dogs for a walk and went shopping with Jeannie and Katie. Jeannie got an awesome new coat for a great deal and Katie got these

They are SO. HOT. I plan on sneaking into her house and stealing them at some point. I am insanely jealous!

Jeannie found a new game, Imaginiff, which is our new favorite - well, it ties with Apples to Apples. The girls loved it. We played it again last night with only adults and really enjoyed it.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. This is going to be a very busy week for us but should be a lot of fun!

Remember to vote - unless you are a republican and then feel free to forget :)
